3. No Guarantees or Endorsements
While we attempt to vet the professionals in our network regarding licensing and local reputation, we explicitly make no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding the skills, quality, pricing, or outcome of any work performed by a third-party contractor you connect with through our Site.
It is solely the homeowner's responsibility to evaluate the contractor, interview them, verify their current state licenses, and review any contracts before authorizing work.
4. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Seattle Home Support, its affiliates, partners, or employees be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site or your engagement with any professional found through the Site. Any disputes arising regarding the quality of work or overbilling must be resolved directly between the homeowner and the independent contractor.
5. TCPA Consent
By submitting your phone number via our forms, you expressly consent to receive communications (including automated calls, predictive dialers, and SMS text messages) from Seattle Home Support and our partner contractors for the purpose of fulfilling your quote request. Standard message and data rates may apply.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the Site signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
